After completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture) at Lincoln University, Jason began his career in rural banking and farming. Since transitioning into real estate in 2022, he has quickly established himself as a high performer, earning the REINZ 2024 Rookie of the Year award, contributing to the team’s 2025 Rural Office of the Year win, and achieving over $100 million in sales within his first three years.
Through his recent experience purchasing a dairy farm, Jason has developed a practical understanding of both the vendor’s journey through a sale and the considerations a purchaser faces during their due diligence. Bringing an informed, on-the-ground perspective to every transaction.
Jason lives and farms at Milford with his wife, Rachael, and their three children. He is also actively involved in the local community through the Mid Canterbury Rugby Board, coaching JAB teams, and supporting local hall trust activities. Rugby has been a lifelong passion for Jason, and when he is not helping clients find their dream property, you might find him on the field, where he has played for both club and representative teams.
